Rabia is the founder of Spark Factor^™ and the architect of Relational Intelligence as a category. She built the system after seeing a pattern: capable people who made excellent decisions professionally were making poor ones in relationships, not because they lacked intelligence, but because they lacked structure.

Her background spans relationship strategy, behavioural assessment design, and category positioning. She is a certified life and relationship coach, published author, and the creator of the SparkScore^™ assessment that determines relational readiness.

Her work has been featured on Omni News, Vistazo Magazine Ecuador, and international media. She leads the vision, positioning, and strategic direction of Spark Factor^™.

Queena creates the environments where Relational Intelligence comes to life. Born in Canada, raised in India and Africa, she brings a cross-cultural understanding of how people connect, communicate, and evaluate relationships across different contexts.

With a BA in Communication and Cultural Studies from Concordia University and experience in Toronto’s financial sector, she understands both the precision required in professional settings and the nuance required in human connection.

She designs and facilitates Spark Fest^™ and Simmer Sessions^™, ensuring every interaction is structured to reveal patterns without forcing outcomes.
